🏡 Do you have a store?

We don't! Crescent Bakes is a made-to-order online bakery based in a commissary kitchen in Queens. That means we don’t keep a retail case stocked. Every order is baked for a scheduled pickup or delivery date.

🔁 How do I make a change?

Just message us at contact@crescentbakes.com! As long as your order hasn’t gone in the oven yet, we'll do our best to adjust.

🍞 How should I store my bread?

It’s best enjoyed fresh within a few days, wrapped in a kitchen towel on your counter. After that, I recommend popping it in the freezer and warming it up in the oven or toaster when you're ready.

🐄 What butter do you recommend?

Kerrygold unsalted butter topped with Fleur de Sel has great quality and is easy to find here in the US. But when I'm in France, I always go for Beurre Paysan Breton with Guérande salt crystals.

🌾 Do you offer any gluten-free items?

We don’t currently offer gluten-free products. Our sourdough is made with wheat flour and is not safe for anyone with celiac disease or a wheat allergy. Some customers who avoid conventional bread prefer naturally leavened, long-fermented sourdough, but please use your own judgment.
