All the tangy sourdough goodness, with 50% whole wheat flour for a heartier, nuttier flavor.

I use the same slow overnight fermentation as my classic sourdough, which means better flavor development and easier digestion. The whole wheat adds fiber and a deeper, earthier taste without making the loaf dense or heavy.

Especially good toasted with avocado, or alongside soups and stews. A favorite among neighbors who want something a little more wholesome.
