This is my childhood favorite, a classic French fondant au chocolat that sits somewhere between a brownie and a molten cake. Made with Kerrygold grass-fed butter and Callebaut dark chocolate for a texture that is dense, fudgy, and intensely rich in the center. Perfect for birthdays, dinner parties, or when you just need serious chocolate. Serves 6 to 9.
