This is my childhood favorite—a classic French fondant au chocolat that's somewhere between a brownie and a molten cake. Dense, fudgy, intensely chocolatey.
I make it with grass-fed butter and high-quality dark chocolate. The texture is rich and dense, almost truffle-like in the center.
Perfect for birthdays, dinner parties, or when you just need serious chocolate. Customers say it disappears from the table before anything else. Serves 6-9.
