As someone who enjoys real sourdough bread, that is not only perfectly sour but that also has a nice crunchy crust, juxtaposed by the pillowy soft crumb on the inside, this is my new favorite bread in the area.

I will no longer be buying sourdoughs from local supermarkets, Crescent Bakes is the good stuff. How do I know? You can eat this bread with ANYTHING and it will enhance the dish. I've made grilled cheese with it, beef au jus, lathered it with wild berry jams, eaten it toasted with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip, or just plain butter. The bread is incredibly versatile and if you're thinking about trying it, I really hope you give it a chance.

I found this bakery by accident, when googling sourdough bread near me and now it's the only bread I will be ordering. I got my dad a loaf and he verbatim said "the bread was so good i ate half a loaf without anything on it".

This was my first time ordering from Crescent Bakes. I ordered the Sourdough Sandwich loaf and MY GOD, how do people give up carbs? This bread was perfect. Soft, doughy and delicious. I've toasted it with butter and jam, used it for a sandwiches and made some framed eggs and avocado toast with it. It's perfection any way you eat it. So flavorful and didn't make me feel bloated at all. Will be ordering all my bread from here going forward. So happy you exist in our neighborhood!

This feels like luxury brand bread. Delicious and addicting. It’s amazing as part of a sandwich or on its own. We like to snack on it all week—if it lasts that long!

This bread is perfect: golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s great for sandwiches but has been hard to resist just eating on its own (and I just saw another reviewer said the same thing). We also received some other products (mini financiers and a baguette) to sample because there was a mix-up with the timing, and they were so good, too. Such high quality, and a wonderful experience all around. We’ll be ordering regularly!!

Lo rico de este bizcocho es su suave y densa textura. Lo mejor de todo es que su dulzor es balanceado, perfecto para disfrutarlo 'à la mode'; con un vaso de leche entera tibia; o con un tecito o cafecito para la once. Como es mucho fondant para dos personas en casa, lo cortamos en pedacitos para guardarlo en contenedores separados. Cuando queremos 'golosear' lo metemos al microondas por unos 10 segundos y su textura vuelve a la vida.

Everyone loved this. So much so that I didn't get to take any home.

If you're looking for fondant that will transport your taste buds, this is it. 100% worth every penny! Will definitely buy again.

Excellent--baked to perfection and kept in the refrigerator for several days. The best brownies you can get in the neighborhood (I mean that as the highest compliment)
