This is my childhood favorite—a classic French fondant au chocolat that's somewhere between a brownie and a molten cake. Dense, fudgy, intensely chocolatey.
I make it with grass-fed butter and high-quality dark chocolate. The texture is rich and dense, almost truffle-like in the center.
Perfect for birthdays, dinner parties, or when you just need serious chocolate. Customers say it disappears from the table before anything else. Serves 6-9.

Lo rico de este bizcocho es su suave y densa textura. Lo mejor de todo es que su dulzor es balanceado, perfecto para disfrutarlo 'à la mode'; con un vaso de leche entera tibia; o con un tecito o cafecito para la once. Como es mucho fondant para dos personas en casa, lo cortamos en pedacitos para guardarlo en contenedores separados. Cuando queremos 'golosear' lo metemos al microondas por unos 10 segundos y su textura vuelve a la vida.
