Sourdough Baguette Subscription

Baguettes were absolutely perfect. Texture and flavor took me back to Paris. Looking forward to continuing to support Crescent Bakes!

We have spent enough time in France to have become baguette snobs and we had resigned ourselves to the fact that Astoria has long and narrow loaves, but not real baguettes...until now! Excellent crunch on the outside, air bubbles on the inside, and deliciousness all around! We are so happy!

I love French bread, and I'm so happy that someone in my neighborhood is producing good French bread.

Brought the baguette to a friend's apartment to share and everyone commented on how nice and dense it was. Excellent crust, too. We'll be back and we're not sharing this time.

First, I pulled off chunks to eat like an animal.
Then, I cut slices to go with some chili.
Finally, I made a sandwich.

A+++ would eat again!
