I have tried most, if not all the breads available from Crescent Bakes, and while they're all amazing, the sourdough ciabatta rolls might be my new favorite. They're crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. They're great for sandwiches and to sop up soups or dressings, but I also can't help but eat them on their own.
These are absolutely the best rolls for soup - sandwich too! I actually put some butter on one and ate it as is. Delicious. Thanks.
